Our Garlic
Music Garlic is an Italian variety brought to Canada by Al Music. It is one of the most popular hard-neck varieties. It is a Porcelain variety with a blush of pink. This variety is known for its ease to peel and its rich, robust flavor.
German White Garlic from our farm is the perfect addition to any dish! It's well-known for its mild flavor and pungent aroma, making it the ideal choice for a wide variety of recipes. Its bulb is large and white, and each clove is easy to peel.

Garlic scapes are the edible flower stems that shoot up from our specialty hard-neck garlic. The scape shoots up from the center of the garlic plant, loops around twice, then straightens out. When picked as a young scape, it has a delicate garlic flavor that can be added to many recipes, including sauces, soups, chicken recipes, pesto, and salads.
