Our Garlic
The 2026 garlic harvest will be available for purchase on July 31st. This year, we will continue to offer Music, German White, Chesnok Red, Italian Red (limited), and Inchelium Red, along with 2 new varieties, Georgian Fire and Elephant Garlic.

Garlic Scapes
Garlic scapes are the edible flower stems that shoot up from our specialty hard-neck garlic. The scape shoots up from the center of the garlic plant, loops around twice, then straightens out. When picked as a young scape, it has a delicate garlic flavor that can be added to many recipes, including sauces, soups, chicken recipes, pesto, and salads.
