Planting
In October of 2021, our family joined together to plant our Music Garlic on our property. We have lived here for 13 years, utilizing our land to produce this delicious garlic to share with our friends & family. We cleared & planted almost an acre of land where we grew over 800 lbs of garlic to sell to our community! Thank you to everyone for your support, for shopping with us, and for sharing your stories.
Our 2024 harvest of garlic is underway and curing has begun for some varieties! This year, we will continue to offer Music & German White garlic along with 3 new varieties; Inchelium Red, Montana Giant, and Purple Italian!
All 5 varieties will be available for sale in late July of 2024… Please see our Calendar of Events page to view our schedule of events.
Harvesting
In July 2022 our grandchildren joined us in the task of harvesting our first Music Garlic plants. We worked together, loosening the dirt and gently pulling each and every plant. After 9 days, we brought our garlic in, preparing our drying racks & riddling racks. Now, this has become an annual tradition in our family!
